    LOL...:D

Our version much later than the war years in the 60's was..

    Whistle while you work
    Snow-white made a shirt
    Sneezy wore it,
    grumpy tore it..
    Dopey made it worse...

    I forgot "Miss Mary":

    Miss Mary had a baby.
    She named him Tiny Tim.
She put him in a bathtub
To see if he could swim.

He drank up all the water.
He ate up all the soap.
He tried to eat the bathtub,
But it got stuck in his throat.

    Miss Mary called the doctor
    The doctor called the nurse.
    The nurse called the lady
    With the alligator purse.

    "It's measles" said the doctor.
    "It's mumps" said the nurse.
    "It's teething" said the lady
    With the alligator purse.

    Miss Mary slapped the doctor.
    The doctor slapped the nurse.
    The nurse slapped the woman
    With the alligator purse.

    Away ran the doctor.
    Away ran the nurse.
    Away ran the lady
    With the alligator purse.

    Any girl's name will do:

    "I see London
    I see France
    I see Susie's Underpants!"

During WW2, there were plenty of barbs against the Axis Powers:

Here's one we kids used to chant during the War Years:

"Tojo's in the guard house, eatin' Bread and Beans.
Hitler's in the bath tub, sinkin' Submarines!"

There were many others, which I no longer remember.....

    Maybe:

    No more days of pain,
    no more days of sorrow.
One more day in this old dump
    and we'll be home tomorrow!
