I don't like his attitude. He seems to be confrontative. He should have just said, "OK, if it makes you uncomfortable, I'll delete it." Problem solved. But that wouldn't generate a gazillion views and like for him.
Because he can. It wouldn't have cost him anything. If I were to stop and watch anyone performing in a public area, I wouldn't want my face plastered all over YouTube. Like I said, I just don't like his attitude in general. He seems to be egotistical so and so. He thinks that he is somebody just because he plays the piano in a mall.
It's not a podcast Ken, it's just a minute and some seconds long but at your leisure for sure. I'm hoping others see it as well.
But it would cost him. He's not being paid to play the piano. His income comes from the videos, which are about, not only him playing the piano, but the reactions of the people around him. If you walk up to a camera, you sort of have to expect to be on camera. He is not surreptitiously recording anyone. Fair enough. He's full of himself, but that's probably true of most people who perform in public. With his following, he probably makes more money playing in a mall than he would make in a concert hall. Of course, the complaints are going to bring him more followers because people like controversy. I've watched dozens of his podcasts, and this was the first one I've seen that was at all controversial, though. Mostly, he just plays the piano and invites others to join him in playing the piano or another instrument, if they have one, or singing, dancing, etc.
I guess my brains deteriorating I didn't understand this one Shirley could you tell me what's going on with this guy the piano player?
The guy in post #22 has a long advertisement in the video. I actually didn't watch it all the way through.
LOL, omy, this guy is a fighter!! Looks like the CCP folks are making him famous, and bringing out plenty of supporters for him. I hope the best for him, as well as the UK. Thanks for sharing this @Tom Galty
I won't watch a video that starts out with a long wind-bag of advertising, and if I'm watching and get interrupted I won't watch anything by them again. I don't trust big "monitisers"
