Talked to my wife last night and told her that I think we should get rid of any of our dvd movies that have cussing in them. I told her "it just doesn't seem right that two people who state they are Christians, should have movies like these that have bad language in them". She, sort of, hesitantly, agreed. Two movies that I've pulled out of our collection, so far: Weekend At Bernie's and To Paris With Love. In Weekend At Bernie's, three different times the Lords name in vain is said. And, in To Paris With Love, I can't count the number of times that John Travolta says the "f" bomb. There may be more movies that we have, but haven't gone thru all of them yet. Both of these movies are Blu-Ray, which means they can only be played in a Blu-Ray DVD Player, of which we know of nobody that has one. So, guess these two will have to go to the Goodwill Store.
Good for you. I have not done that, and sometimes don't even notice the objectionable stuff that is on some of the movies that I watch, but I have considered whether maybe I should pay attention.
