    I think it's downfall came by it's practice of building it's nest on the ground. They were too trusting.:(

    "Though their beady eyes and awkward walk give them an air of unintelligence, dodos are actually quite clever creatures. A mother dodo will, when creating a nest, first dry grass in the sun for several days before adding it to the pile, so as to prevent the growth of molds harmful to her offspring".

    I am not worried about over population. I am more concerned about pollution and a cure for cancer.
