And you think I do it well? I don't do it to win a contest just to feel better,Sometimes I laugh at how spastic, slow, uncoordinated I am at times.
Been out of it for a couple weeks and now back trying to help get down BG numbers so making myself go at it again.
BG at 202 and for me that's very high, steroids raise it big time. Let yall know how much it drops from steroid high. ok Boney Moroni, get busy, WORKOUT
Only worked out, did a few reps with weights for about 20 min.s BG only came down to 193. So not encouraging. Drinking plenty of water to this the blood which is also supposed to bring it down. I have 3 more days of steroid therapy for this lung thing.
