Did You Ever Ski - Snow Or Water?

    Yes I have. On our family winter skiing holidays we’ve rented a sitski and my son and sons in law have stood on their skis behind it to steer and taken me down the slopes. Hope I can do it again this coming winter.

    I’ve been on a jetski with DH several times. I sit in front of him and he makes sure I don’t fall off. But we do always wear a life jacket.

    Both are such great fun

    I did moguls once. Did I intend to do them? Hell to the no !!!

    I got going down the wrong slope and by the time I realized I was in serious trouble, it was too late.

    I think the only thing that saved me was that it was heavily snowing wet snow and my goggles were covered. I couldn't see well and hit those mounds "blind". If I had seem them coming, I probably would have frozen up and crashed. As it was, I got to the bottom of the run unscathed, physically at least. Mentally, I was screaming in my head.

    I have done both. water skied lakes in north Texas; snow skied Mount Renier, Washington State.
