    Behold where goes the time? I was up early this am after looking at the clock last at 12:07am.
    Too much unfinished business on my plate. I did go back to bed at five-thirtyand slept soundly
    till eight. I stepped on the scales thinking the high water might have lowered another mark. 179.0.
    It is better to hold your own than gain and have to cover the same ground again. I'm holding my
    own. Cheers boys and girls.

    Yep, that's what I do...stay in a holding pattern because my weight is good...but it takes a little effort...can't eat all I want or I'll gain.

    So, even though I don't need to diet, I do need to watch what I eat ....it's not fair!

    Hi peeps ... I find diets don't work because they are diets ... in other words they have a beginning and an end ... for me to keep weight from building up it has to lifestyle choices which are 'all the time' so I choose them wisely and don't expect any fast results. Also, if I don't exercise then whatever I eat 'however little' will put weight on so I use a WII exercise board and do daily hula-hoops ... plus - no gluten - no refined sugar - plenty of rice, veg, fish, and once a week - fillet steak with onions, mushrooms and home made fries. No puddings just fresh fruit and for breakfast just pickled herrings. Over the last two years I have lost two stone and am down to thirteen and a half stone. My goal is twelve stone.
