Every once in a while a like a good Scotch and before retiring it was my favorite alcoholic beverage besides wine. OK Cody----Tell us now about Scotch Drinkers. Glenlivet is my favorite.
In the old days, I liked Johnny Walker Black blended Scotch whisky now and then. It was very smooth. Glenlivet and Glenfiddich were the only single malt I've had, but I liked JWB better.
I don't drink at Bars, but my favorite mixed drink would be what I have at home every evening: Rum & Coke on the Rocks.
Bloody Mary or Margarita for me and a Margarita or Daiquiri for my wife. And, we've been into a few nightclubs, not bars, since we've been married.
All of us on this forum do know the difference between a nightclub, bar and lounge.........right? Why do I ask? Because my real father owned a bar in a bad part of Houston, Texas many years ago. I went there to visit him and his 3rd wife. Actually, I thought his bar was kind of disgusting, but then I went upstairs to where him and his wife lived (above the bar). Even more disgusting!
