I enjoy paranormal topics, particularly when they are depicted as realistically as possible, although I'm also amused by some of that which isn't, like pretty much every Bigfoot documentary or podcast I've seen. However, while I enjoy this stuff, I don't believe very much of it, and I'd include time travel with that. That said, I can't wholly dismiss the possibility, Just because we can't comprehend something right now doesn't mean that it's impossible.
You're right you can't Guarantee it's impossible, Especially since some top scientists will not dismiss it.
I am slowly traveling through time, one direction only. I think just about everything does the same, except photons, they don’t do the time thing at all.
From my limited understanding, time is not an absolute due to the two kinds of time dilation. Google sez.............. Gravitational time dilation: In Einstein's theory of general relativity, gravity can bend spacetime, and therefore time itself. The closer the clock is to the source of gravitation, the slower time passes; the farther away the clock is from gravity, the faster time will pass. Kinetic time dilation: Time slows down as you travel faster because momentum bends the fabric of spacetime causing time to pass slower. If the above can be taken advantage of, maybe time travel could be possible.
We just finished rewatching the series “Travelers” on Netflix. It was 3 seasons, a well done show having to do with time travel and a ruling A.I. called the Director. Worth a watch, IMO, if you’ve never seen it.
Same here but I know that I wouldn’t listen to the future me because I didn’t listen to the me (or anyone else) when I was much younger….and the present me still doesn’t listen to me sometimes.
Here is another Artwork which some believe shows a time traveler. They feel the shoes (sneakers) look a lot like Nike because it appears they have the Nike symbol on them.
