There are hundreds of gods that have been worshipped and prayed to by people. Most people these days only believe in one of them. I don't believe in any.
I definitely have faith in God.......he gave me my wife! There have been times that I wondered about God, but at the end, I always know he's there for me. I have a Men's Bible and really enjoy reading the Daily Devotionals in it. My wife is a Christian as well, so, I've got it made!
I think, the more we lose sight of the reality of the existence of God Almighty and Creator of the universe, the more He shows His great love and kindness. It's " not His will that anyone should perish" without knowing and understanding Him and His loving kindnesses in the here and now.
I definitely belief in the God of the Bible, He is my heavenly Father, and His Son Jesus Christ is my Redeemer and Savior. When they called my name...I asked them into my heart and ever since then They along with the Holy Spirit are as much a part of me and my life as the air I breathe and my relationship with them is just as important to me as the one I have with my family and friends.
I was born and raised in a family of Catholics, had studied in Catholics schools only so it is not surprising that I am a devout Catholic. According to my learnings, life is governed by many things including what we call fate or destiny. But over all these is that one supreme being called God who made everything. In the olden days, there was a great debate between the pagans and the Christians on the existence of God. What took the cake for the God-believers is the question of how in the world did the world came to be. Who created everything? It's silly to say that it's already there, right? With that, the pagans had no answer.
