But I like all my Windows open Holly, and Apple is too locked down for me to mess about with, which I am always doing with PCs in non PC ways My daughters have iPhones and iPads and love them, but they get them cheap through an NHS scheme as they are nurses, I spend my cash on travel so can't afford them

Thanks Terry, I use Windows as well. Always have except at work, I used Apple several times. I bought my first Windows in the early 90s, had one ever since. I think we get used to what we have, and for me, I don't want to change now even if I could. I like my laptop even though I rarely use it on my lap, lol! I sit at a desk with it, and regularly hook it to my big screen to watch Netflix etc. I know I can get used to a smaller screen because I use my Nook for reading, and sometimes email. Also, my MotoE I have actually read my books on if I am really bored waiting for an appt. etc.
Yes same here Denise, I have used Windows since the 90s and Android on my tablet and phones. I also have a MotoE and a MotoG (one with UK sim the other a foreign sim depending where I am) which I have used for reading on sometimes, wouldn't have believed how easy it is on such a small screen. I know they have watches now, but I feel they would just be too small.
Haha, that was my thought exactly when I started to read a book on my MotoE @Terry Page !! Weird how we can adjust to it That's pretty cool, you just pop in another SIM and you're ready to roll I don't try to do much picture work/editing anyway, but I take a lot of photos with my MotoE. I take it when I walk places, and lugging a bigger camera around isn't what I'm into at all. I find the photos are good enough with it, some even turn out amazingly well. I always upload the photos to my laptop to edit, but for a quickie to send I think I'll look into an app to edit with. The "camera" ware on my moto actually have editing, never looked though denise
SOME of my stuff? Pretty much all of it. I've lost track of how many Philisms I've created with FaceInHole - it's easy to use and fast. And if, on the rare occasion they don't have a scenario you like, you can create your own. LMAO @ FootInMouth.com!
Yes I have a permanent Russian sim I use when there, I use it mainly for data as it's cheap there, and calls are only a few roubles. In other countries I just buy a local sim for a few dollars for a month, then throw it away.
