My PN is my feet and legs and was caused by chemo drugs taken for Lymphoma. Fortunately no pain but strange feelings and lack of balance when standing. Can't walk without my walker.

My arm beneath the wrappings is swollen and looks like the limb of an Old Oak Tree. Wrappings stay on until Sunday and I go back to the clinic on Tuesday for further lymphatic massage.

Have peripheral neuropathy thanks to Diabetes II. I find Arnica Montana essential oil diluted 1:1 with olive oil helps minimize tingling, numbness. Massage well with the dilution. Also in cold/flu season, I use eucalyptus globus essential oil on a tissue to knock down swollen nasal passages. It's the major working ingredient in Vick's. Anti fungal. Anti viral. Anti bacterial as well.

That will be my Social Activity as well as getting out of my apartment. My treatment will only take up 90 minutes . Oakmont driver will take me there and back for lunch at 1 PM.

Mine is at Fresno Lymphedema Clinic @ 12 PM today to have my left arm put into a vacum pressure pump to move the lymph fluid. My arm will then be bandaged tightly and stay that way for two days.
The process will again be done on the 28th

I have no pain with my Lymphedema, just swelling of my fingers and arm and the pressure. Wrapping after light manual massage gets the lymph fluid moving to where it should be. Arm & Hand Wrapping.jpg

But you can pick your friend's nose. If she or he is close enough. :D

@Lon Tanner Wow, I don't understand how you manage, it must make everyday things really tough. Kudos to you.

Just a bit of curiosity Lon. You’re under some restrictions due to getting a positive test for covid yet the guy doing the taping is maskless.
Under the circumstances, I would think that would be a definite no-no.

If the lymphedema is in your left arm and leg, why in the world would they be wrapping up your right arm instead of the left one, @Lon Tanner?

That's not my arm---It's an example the therapist uses. My left look exactley like the pic.

I Just now had a Med tech come to my apartment to re wrap it.
