    Well like everything in moderation is good isn't it? I've read about staving off Alzheimer by eating purple foods. Here is a link to how veggies can help us retain our youthful demeanor and keep us healthy with good memories. I like purple sweet potatoes for they are sweet.

    We have these kinds in our supermarket locally. Price range goes from 1.99 to 2.49 that I've seen.

    @Babs Hunt - oh yes, I'm very familiar with those sorts of giggles and the hiccups that follow them. It's best when more than one (and preferably 5 or 6) people are affected in the same way and at the same time.

    @Krissttina Isobe - I love sweet potatoes and I love the colour purple - but I've seen purple sweet potatoes. I'm sure they'd go down very nicely with a glass of champagne, thus offering double protection.
