The Philippine president said those 3 words alluding to America while he was in China. He added that the Philippines will turn to China and Russia for economic needs. In other words, President Duterte is having a paradigm shift. I am sure so many people are not happy with that statement because America has always been a big brother to the Philippines. So how can we say goodbye just like that? I can say more but it's not good for emotions to get the better of me.
