Now, back to the rest of the OP. I posted a “dance” on another thread that a Chinese grandfather and granddaughter were performing and come to find out, the type of shuffle dance has gone viral all through China. It was started by a school principle who, as he said, was trying to not only give the children some extra exercise but get them away from their computers and cell phones for a while. Granted, the music isn’t Creedence Clearwater Revival or Grand Funk Railroad, but the dance is interesting to say the least and apparently, very mentally and physically therapeutic.
Granted, the shuffle isn’t something that seniors might do to get the day started, but merely watching it will certainly bring a smile.
