Very much so. Not big city, but not rural, either. They used to live in Edison, but that was in the 70s. They've been in Washington Twp since the early 80s. Back in the 60s & 70s (and maybe even before then), my sister's in laws had a place in Margate, just 4 doors down from the beach. I've walked down the beach and seen Lucy back in the day.
