The last time I wore flannel was when my first son was born. I had to get up at night to tend to him and our house was cold. I wore flannel pajamas for a while but hubby didn't like them. He wanted me to be smooth and silky. As soon as winter was over, they went .... somewhere. I don't remember. By the time my second son was born, we had a snug, warm house.
I wear snuggly PJs We have a wood fire heater and as soon as the fire goes it it tends to get cold in the house over night …and the heater is at the back section of the house ( kitchen / family / dining room ) and the bedroom is right up the front of the house.
I’m home from my trip to Adelaide but I’m going out food shopping this morning to stock up on a few things we are surrounded by this darn delta virus , Sydney has over 200 cases a day ,Melbourne is in lockdown again so we are most likely to get it back here again sigh see ya tomorrow xx
Kate, if you have the money and room to store it, stock up on canned vegetables. Plus some canned meat. It's going to get worse. And don't forget toilet paper and paper towels.
Well,I spent lotsa $$$ on grocery’s / MORE ……….. …… loo paper even tho my linen cupboard / my bathroom cupboard / his bathroom cupboard / the main bedroom walk in robe all have a pack or two or three stored in each space so I could survive 6 months or more with out buying anymore ,I only bought a extra pack today cause the brand I prefer ( sorbent double length rolls ) in a 4 pack were half price. My poor upright freezer was fairly full before I went out shopping but I still managed to get two legs of lamb and other fresh chicken as well as bread I bought in Adelaide yesterday I buy bread at a bakery that doesn’t use preservatives and bakes bread fresh each day I just heard on-the news 15 million of our population of 25 million are currently in strict lockdown Not us at this stage although we have to wear a mask prob till Christmas
@Louise Miller despite having the COVID shot (2x ) it doesn’t 100% guarantee you won’t get COVID but it protects you from dying from the horrible disease
But now they want to give you a BOOOster shot too!! a shot for this, a shot for that , here a shot , there a shot.. everywhere a shot , shot!!
