Playing these games isn't only good for our brain, but it is also a time waster.. We need this time to not think about our troubles and woes.. If for only a short time, it makes us think we are smart................
What! …Steve ….we ARE … smart I’ll,have ya know ……. Even I will come here in the middle of the night sometimes …. cause DH has nights he’d end up outside with the dog if we had one …he jumps / restless legs stuff and it wakes me up ..and I can’t get back to sleep for an hour or two after I’m woken up with him jumping around. He had a sleep study done in November and he sees the specialist’s in about a weeks time for the results to find out of it’s anything to worry about …or just restless legs
Kate............ Yes, we are not only smart but also experienced.. I also get up in the middle of the night, like this time, and have some trouble falling back asleep.. I come on here till I get sleepy and it is back to bed I go for some more well wanted sleep..

Our nightly news is on for one hour. so can come back here then,, i have 5 minutes left to play right now though.
Not much on TV these days.. I find it boring to watch.. The news is OK, but how much of that can one watch...
I know Kate..... Is it us or are the shows actually that bad... I wonder if it is our change of what we like to watch as we age.... What ever happened to good clean comedy, musicals, and good drama without swearing or killings.. Days gone by I guess.....
I hope you feel better today, Steve. How is the new pup doing ... training making progress? I think winter is over for us. We had a few cold days week before last but we had a couple of days last week when it was almost 80º. Now it is about like normal. I have been busy and have not been here much. I hope to be here more now.
