I think he looks pitiful. Maybe he will look better when his hair grows out a little.

 

Candy looked the same …. @Shirley Martin ..her owner said once they got rid of all that puppy fluff ( candy ) would grow tight curls like a poodle
As she had seen the parents of candy ( I believe the father was a poodle )

 

He is a beautiful color.

 

Candy is all one colour I guess it depends on the parents colouring
