Thanks Bobby, I am glad you and Yvonne are here, and others I've known. I feel good about being here now, maybe it's about timing, or the times we're in. I needed people to talk to:)

Not that the now 19 year old woman would know anything more than before but here’s why they should have invited Greta……

So much concern over climate change that the one’s with their eyes closed were obviously praying…

With such ionospheric genius, why should any of us bother to do any of our own research? It’s already completed and the solution to all of our worldly problems are held in her very hand ready and willing to give us our daily crumbs of wisdom and scientific knowledge.
Why do I as an unwashed ignorant being even have a brain? With people like her around I do not even need one because I do not need to think for myself.

(I take it you were having a bit of fun writing satire, verdad? ).

Yes, again, I have to be careful putting someone on a pedestal that sounds so genious. I keep hearing about or maybe from the scientists themselves that they are finding proof they were wrong, actually admitting it. I think human-kind is amazing in what we've learned, but I think remaining teachable might be where we fall short.

    True.
It isn’t so much that science itself is questionable but the scientists doing the work are always questionable. Generally speaking, many so called scientists are reporting what they’re being paid to report.
Few are the Galileo’s who would back their work up with their very life and freedom.

I read that something like 400+ jets flew the "world leaders" to that conference. They couldn't have Skyped that crap for them to sleep through???

Biden's entourage was a ridiculous number of vehicles as well. https://www.news.com.au/technology/...e/news-story/34ea905b7eeb8bcab98ff1e5cd786afb

"Joe Biden has been mocked for arriving at the global warming conference in Glasgow in an enormous motorcade. Social media users were baffled at the US President’s convoy, which featured about 20 vehicles including the enormous, armour-plated presidential limousine.

“That convoy looks absolutely smashing for the environment,” one person reacting to the video wrote on Twitter. “And his carbon footprint preceded him,” another said."

I just did a duckduckgo search for scientists who have changed their opinions about climate changes. Didn't find anything. Can you help?

That’s what I meant about concern, conviction and commitment. If someone is going to preach to me, they had best be living the life they’re preaching.

I didn't save everything I've read and watched from doctors and scientists, but if you really want to know, dig deeper in your search. Youtube has a lot. Type in something like "climate change, true or false". I wasn't searching for that particular thing but I know there are opposite opinions from scientists. I'll see if I can run across something after I get my work done around here ;)

Hmm, couldn't resist, and found this, might be of interest: http://www.wright.edu/~guy.vandegrift/climateblog/smallfiles01/100216wikiskeptics.pdf

I have often asked people to dig just a bit deeper than what they have. I was taught very early that if I wanted to expose the truth, I should leave no stone unturned for turning over the right one could lead to an avalanche of knowledge heretofore overlooked.

Yes, one thing I see is that I wrote some scientists have changed their minds or some have, when the link I found was about scientists "I don't think" ever believed in global warming. Oh well, you can always find the exact opposite opinion online, and even if you present what you even see with your own eyes, someone will say it isn't true, hah, what a world, truth is now a lie, and a lie is truth ;( Well, I wish I could go out on my errands with a happier thought, but there's plenty of good stuff to be found on this forum so I'll be back for a pick-me-up, happy-hour!! LOL!!

Why waste time trying to find a scientist that has changed their mind? Instead, I suggest using your own brain and studying the validity of their claims. Study things like what they mean by carbon footprint. Learn what year that term become popular and who made it popular. Learn what green means and how it is used wrongly. Explain why 1000 stampeding belching bison made no impact on climate-damaging methane production, but 100 old beef cows resting under the shade tree chewing their cud is creating dangerous levels of methane. Study how pot-smoking environmental experts are saving the planet by raising urban chickens in a smog clouded city and how those chickens are more environmentally friendly than the free-range rural ranch chickens.
