Guns And Weapons? Weapons'? Leading Cause Of Death?

Medical error is hard to define and impossible to measure, especially as autopsies are almost never done anymore unless criminal activity is suspected. Medical error rate is simply not known, and in any case, people under medical care die, but, presumably, they received medical care because there was some illness or distress of some kind.

Here where I live you would add auto accident & hit/run deaths of which there have been many lately.
