I lost a friend to it...every seemingly casual conversation morphed into a sales pitch. It is a cult. Swinging back on course...I bet they sell probiotics and such, since they expanded their line of stuff. But I would not give them a nickel of my money.

I've not heard of them until you just mentio9ned it. They seem to be out of Southeast Asia, and carry "wellness products."

It was a pyramid scheme. The oil was said to have miracle health benefits. A person had a party and sold "Franchises" to the people at the party. Then you sold products containing the oil. Pretty soon, everybody had a "Franchise". The first few people who took part made money but later, others were left with a money loss.

How about Stanly parties? It was a long time ago but I believe the Stanly products were good stuff. I still have my Stanly dust mop and I wouldn't take anything for it.

I remember those, and the Tupperware and Pampered Chef parties, too. I was never big on the Mary Kay or other makeup parties.

Does Tupperware still honor their lifetime warranty? The lid on one of my bowls once broke. I had had it a long, long time. I contacted them and they sent me another lid.

Wonderful of course, and likewise expected RESULTS. Results are good to learn about - better than all the studies in the world. Results show how to suffer , and how to thrive, for many centuries now.
Again studies may or may not help at all, or make things worse for anyone.
Results, personal, first hand results, are best, including what results we can see in others.
"Funny" that the big money in the usa has restricted, edited, censored, and even forbidden some RESULTS from being known . The results that show how to recover health, or to maintain health, without the dangers of any and all the drugs, are covered up daily, for over a century now.... getting harder and harder to find anyone who enjoys the results, especially among the poor who have to or who choose to rely on the agencies or gov systems for their "health" care. /the sickness industry/ thrives because of mal-nutrition, deficiencies, toxins in our food air and water, and mis-leading information in all the schools with almost no exception.

I had several Tupperware bowls with lids, over twenty years old I think, and all working better/ more usable/ than brand new bowls with lids from anywhere else.
I don't know if 'modern' Tupperware is as good or not.....

I try to avoid using as much plastic as I can ….just saying ……never researched any dangers in using plastics
However, I’d never use plastics for heating anything in the microwave ( I don’t cook in the microwave)
I only use stainless steel or glass to cook or heat foods.
Tupperware is no longer sold / available that’s includes any replacements in Australia @Jeff Elohim. @Shirley Martin

Now the weather is starting to warm up to more like it should be for Summer I’ll have to drag the fermenting gear out of hiding and make some fermented veggies
We had a weird summer thunder storm yesterday ….photo taken by our neighbour ( cause we are away till tomorrow )
Yes it’s the start of summer in Australia :):)

Ha! Just saw this. I tried sunchokes for the first time a few years ago. I love the taste and texture but too quickly discovered they can supply enough gas to provide lift off. I wish I could eat them routinely but just too uncomfortable.
