On the serious side, since the initiation of Lyndon Johnson’s “Great Society”, fatherless families within the black community has become more and more of a problem. Juneteenth is a black celebration of freedom. Couple the two together and we have father’s who have freed themselves of family whilst enslaving that family to state and federal social programs. Tragic and ironic at the same time.
Our local newspaper, on Facebook, just stated that all County Offices would be closed on Monday. Some of the residents said "why?" and others made the comment "definitely racist live here". The racial make-up of here is less than 1% Black and that may be why some residents are asking "why" for those offices to be closed. I don't know, but. Wife and I do know one thing, nobody living here can bring up the demographics of this city at any time. I think there are residents that are embarrassed about the less than 1% Black make-up of this city, but continue to live here. Unlike Denver and some other cities here, our city definitely isn't diverse at all.
The other reason that some folks are asking why the post office is closed is that most didn’t even know that it was proclaimed it to be a Federal Holiday only a year ago by the present resident of the Oval Office. I even had to look it up just to make sure.
I am giving you a double like for your awakeness Bobby. What you said should be repeated with a pause for thought in between. This is the key to understanding that the Democrat party was started by the KKK. This is a historical fact! The smoke screen they created in the 1960s making it look like they were helping Black people, when in fact they were taking them from a free life and putting them on urban plantations they controlled. Yes, many of the free Black people lived in poverty and couldn't do business like non Blacks, but they were FREE. The key word here is FREE! Segregation was nothing compared to slavery. They were getting equal rights slowly but surely and this upset the Democrats, the party of the KKK so they had Kennedy assassinated so LBJ a racist and ghost KKK member could become president. LBJ hated black people and many documented stories exist of him driving in Black rural communities and throwing half-empty beer cans at Black KIDS walking along the road or out playing. It was a game for him. LBJ wanted Blacks in America enslaved or dead. I am amazed that many Democrats that seem like good people cannot see that the government-funded abortion clinics are always built-in Black, Latino, or American Indian neighborhoods. And now, as the other shoe drops…….. The same man who declared Juneteenth to be a Federal Holiday is the same man who lauded the late Robert Byrd with a very heart warming eulogy. Robert Byrd or rather, Senator Byrd for those who can’t place the name, was the Grand Majestic (or whatever) Cyclops of the KKK whilst concurrently being Joe Biden’s mentor and best friend right up to the time of Byrd’s death. (according to Joe Biden himself) Father’s Day and connecting the Dem dots. Whilst Biden’s eulogy might indicate that he’s all in with the White Supremacy thing, we definitely know that both Clinton and Obama heavily praised Margaret Sanger, the founder of Planned Parenthood and by her own words, was most certainly a total racist who wished to exterminate the black population via abortion. Her dream is being fulfilled every day. Many years ago, some comedian asked the question as a joke; What’s the definition of mass confusion? Answer: Father’s day in Harlem. It’s no joke. It’s real and it’s sad that more and more fatherless families are so trapped and enslaved into a system that was developed by racists and the only answer thus far is…Sanger’s dream. Bottom line is: How can someone celebrate being freed from slavery whilst they are still a slave?
