Someone posted on Facebook that there is a three-bedroom, 2-bath pothole available on a local road. That road has been bad for years and they just keep using cold patch to fill the holes. That doesn't work here at all. It seldom lasts a week into winter. We haven't gotten down to mud yet, but the warm is bringing on the slush. Our dirt road is now glare ice covered with water. Delightful! Our drive is slush and the trodden paths in the snow are getting soft and we posthole through them when we tend critters and such.

And... It's pouring down again today. The week's forecast is rain most days. Fingers-crossed, it'll be dry in Saturday, I'm hoping for a shopping run lol.

However, we do get loads more of sunshine, year round, but the tourists speaks of the rain much more than the sun. I guess it's the weather happening whenever they're here lol.

Typical fun time in a single day and depending the time of the year, we can experience all 4 seasons in one 12 hour period. That's so weird but at the same time very amusing hehehe...

We are now under a heavy snow warning and the temps are back below freezing, so I guess the thaw is over. The sky is clear and sunny, but the snow is supposed to start tonight. That probably means it won't get very cold though, so that is the upside. Supposedly 8-12 inches of snow are going to fall by tomorrow. As usual, we'll see....

Our 8 to 12 inches became only about 4 inches in reality, so no biggie. Today was supposed to be snow showers and became 3 inches. Temps are in the 20s F. during the day and high teens F. at night. Typical winter weather for here. We still have 3-4 feet of snow covering the ground though, even after the minor thaws.

Our weather could make one nuts. We had 4 days above 40-50. Then nite temps in the teens, daytime was up to 30. Next week it makes it to 60! one day but then down to 20's.
I plant the seeds, go out and dig them up. plant the seeds, dig them up....

Supposed to be 67 today, and we are planning on going to the fitness center this afternoon……YAY ! Next week, we have temps in the 70’s, but by March, it shows over a week of rain coming in, so April Showers a month early maybe ?
And only a couple more weeks until Daylight Savings time again…… I look forward to that each year and wish they left it that way.

High 70, low 38. Nice weather for next couple days so far, it can quickly change though.

We are on the edge of a big winter storm system. Hopefully we'll get nothing from it. It was below zero F. last night and is supposed to be colder for the remainder of the week, warming a little next weekend. Who knows?
