I think mainly because of eating later at night this week, but still weighing in early morning. I should lower calories again. When it gets slow and boring like this, and near the end, it's too easy to just stop and say good enough.
I had plain unsweetened yoghurt with a light sprinkle of cereal ,and half a slice of toast with blueberry jam tea with no sugar and just a dash of milk I jam I buy every now and then ,the blueberries are grown and made into jam in the Adelaide hills Apart from our morning tea that coming up soon , I won’t have anything else till our evening meal unless I feel hungry

Two pounds to go. No McDonalds this week. McDs not only provided a schedule, it forced portion control. Otherwise you would have to go back through the line and embarrass yourself. You just have to control yourself at the kiosk.
Taking a break from serious dieting. Not because I wanted ice cream, or donuts, or a pizza. Because I wanted to put enough salad dressing on a salad to be able to taste it for a change. To put some Miracle Whip on a sandwich. To eat a whole sandwich, instead of a half once in awhile. Or eat a McChicken instead of a cheeseburger. It just got boring. Still counting calories, but trying to keep them just below what I'm guessing is maintenance — around 1800. It took 12 weeks to lose 2 pounds doing it this way, and only 11 weeks to lose 14 pounds doing it the fast way. Still 2 pounds left to go. I'll either keep doing this, and expect to reach a goal by Thanksgiving, or go back to low calories for 2 weeks and get it over with. Then do this slow thing. I don't see any good reason to do it half way between.
