You have given me a new idea, a new raison d'etre: I am going to start contacting the powers that be to get the dump fee reduced to a far more reasonable price. I think $50/trailer load is a fair price. This should be great fun, and I'm so sure everyone will immediately consider my idea...... or not!

Each time I've been to the dump, I've been the only private citizen there. The bulk of people dumping are commercial operators with their garbage trucks, including city fleets.

How many folks can casually afford to spend $400 for two dumps? Yeah, that's ridiculous!

We need to replace the toilets. We don't get bored with all this work, just get bored working so much, good thing we found a couple on the roadside a few years ago, look brand new. Guess somebody was remodeling in a nice n-hood. All we need are the rings.A couple new seats to match.

    Just a suggestion.
I’ve gone from using wax rings to the Fluid Master wax free rings. They’re easier and cleaner than the wax rings and if you ever have to move the bowl again, they’re reusable.

Seeing how one is for the tank and one is for the floor seal under the bowl, they’re both good. I like Fluid Master products and have found them to be secure and long lasting.
