    My Bubbles was that and more. He is healthy in that pic which was taken about middle of last year. Plenty of meat on his bones. A week before his death the little fellar was nothing more than skin and bone.

    Adorabel dog, its very hard to lose any kind of pet,,!!!
    Me and hubs have only had Cats all our married life,,
    And only one or two at time,,oldest was 22 yrs old.

    Quick Overview. Cats live up to around 15-20 years - between 5-10 years longer than dogs. There are evolutionary and man-made reasons for the difference in life expectancy, including breeding and behavior.     My cat, Cutie, was only a few months short of 29. Her sister, Lydia, lived to 24, and their mom was 24. Another cat, Bird, also lived to 24. That seems to be the most common expiration date for my cats.
