Anytime you see the little blue boxes with a question mark, that means the actual picture is no longer on the forum. When someone posts a picture they actually have (like if I post a picture of myself or my dog), then that picture should always be visible. But when someone posts a picture (or sometimes a video) from the internet, and that picture is no longer there, then it does not show up on the forum anymore either, and no one here can see it, so it is not just you that can’t see it. There is no way to bring it back, and the only thing we can do is to delete the whole post when there is nothing left anymore except the blue box. We moderators do that when we run across any kind of a post with no content, whether it is a picture or a video; but we do not usually go back through the really old posts looking for these, so most of them are just left as they are and you will often come across them when you are reading the older posts. @Julia Curtis .
