That's been my experience. But I bet those doing retail jobs & such (who would get hit hardest) may not be as assured of having that benefit. The only time I was on a jury, the judge was thanking us and asked each of us who we worked for. As I recall, at least 6 of us (including me) worked for Northrup Grumman.
