    Oh my gosh. I thought I was in pretty good shape as far as "stair stepping." I'm up and down the stairs in the house at least 15-20 times a day. But today I decided to try a 10 minute step aerobic workout for BEGINNERS and I was whupped after 4 minutes. I guess I'm going to have to set my sights a bit lower on this thing. :D
