Kraft has changed the name macaroni and cheese to mac and cheese on their boxes.
The boxes also have a new design. What do you think of the changes?
    For me it doesn't matter.

Why don't they call it Mackey Ds? 'Cause I think that's kinda catchy.

I was just thinking I never buy the regular box my granddaughter loves unicorns so I buy the box with unicorn shapes. I'm thinking of getting Paw Pals next.

I don't see the point. Was some snowflake triggered by the word "macaroni"? :D:D

I accidentally bought the unicorns once, and I swear the sauce was different. Boxed mac & cheese is one of those things I get a taste for every few months, and there is no substitute.

It's the food you can find in the dark...

I don't know maybe it was just that Mac is easier to read.

I buy them for the grandkids but I've never tried them. Next time we have them I'm going to try some.

With all the abbreviations and acronyms, I think attention span has become very short. If it was in cursive, younger generations probably couldn't read it, since they don't teach that anymore.

    Italians might have issues….
We turned Maccheroni into Macaroni which was a sort of a slap but now Kraft has negated the whole of the Italian population by making the word totally indistinguishable from it’s root.

Man….good thing the box has a picture on it !

Thinking that snowflakes are triggered by almost anything, I think I will point this out to a snowflake acquaintance and then say her party's chinese leaders have trouble pronouncing words with "r" in them.:)

    I must have missed something.
When did they replace Sergio’s mama’s picture on the box with a picture of macaroni?
Maybe she went trans which is why they call it Mac now.

When a large change is made to something that I buy regularly, whether cosmetic or substantial, I am less likely to buy it again. This is more likely when the change seems to have been made to appease the cancel culture. For example, we haven't bought Land O' Lakes butter since they removed the Indian woman from the package. It's not a big deal, and we're not boycotting it really, but there are several other options when it comes to butter, so it's easy enough to buy another butter.

This doesn't seem to be the case with Kraft Macaroni & Cheese, which is something that I buy fairly often since it tastes good, and it's easy to prepare when my wife is away. I'd guess the change to Mac & Cheese is intended to appeal to a younger target market, perhaps. Had it not been mentioned here, perhaps I would have been less inclined to buy it under that name, but only because I wouldn't be sure that it was the same product, or I wouldn't notice it while going down the aisle. I don't generally go shopping for Macaroni & Cheese; I just put a three-pack into the cart as I walk by.
