The facts are that some people choose to be homeless, others become homeless due to their own carelessness and bad choices, while still others find themselves in that position due to no fault of their own. There are no solutions that will fit every case. Major portion are all drugged up and don't want to change.....they want their drugs, legal and illegal. And many are illegals and more are rushing in from Southern boarder...... Disgusting, and more voters to be for the Lefts....
