It's always good when all family members think alike politically. My kids think like me but my siblings are slightly liberal to very liberal. We all love each other anyway.
Last year around this same time this is one of the pictures I took of the sun coming up at the beach from our Condo balcony. My Honey and I had gone to Jacksonville for his daughter's wedding and after the wedding we drove to Fort Walton Beach to stay in a rented Condo for a week before going back home to Louisiana. I took so many nice pictures at the beach last year and I hope that will be the case this year too. The anticipation of going to the beach is such a sweet yearning in my heart...one that I know will be a reality very soon. Gotta make some Family memories before I go make those beach ones.
Me with my sisters and brother at our shrimp spaghetti lunch today. And my brother and his companion/partner. It's so good to have this time with Family.
My sister has such a real "gift" for decorating and she brings everythig together like it was always meant to be just that way. Her home is so warm and welcoming...and you feel like you could just open the door and step out to the beach. She has always wanted to live near the beach and a couple of years ago she was finally blessed with her heart's desire....and she shares it with all of her Family so graciously.
A beautiful day at the beach today with three of my sisters. And the perfect ending to this day was finding the baby sand dollar.
My seashell collection from the beach today. Yesterday's storm washed a nice assortment onto the shore.
Great pics, Babs! Your sister does have a knack for decorating, cute beach theme throughout. Reminds me of the new house "the Little Couple" had built, Jen liked the beach theme too. Awesome shells! Tomorrow I want to see Babs in her Bikini!
No need to wait until tomorrow to see me in my "bikini"...I'm the one standing a little apart from my 3 sisters!
No I'm not but I'm also 65 now and the only one who would get to see me in a bikini if I would wear one would be my husband!
