Yes that's what an alcoholic neighbour said recently when he managed to clear a party of about 50 folk by insulting each and everyone. Couldn't remember a thing the following day. Can't seem to understand why people avoid him.

He is such a nice guy without a drink. My beef with him is he drinks and drives. So sad as he is destroying his life. Not sure why as he has more than most.

So true....my ex turned out to be a very functioning alcoholic. It took me awhile to even realize how much he drank. He might still be with me if he didn't ......nah, not even then, we had other issues too. He was a horny old goat. Ha ha. I have so many stories in my head that don't go with my angel avatar.
