@Bill Boggs , I think one reason people fail at diets is that they are so restrictive. With this way you get to eat whatever you want as long as you stay with in your weekly calorie limits. For me I love fruit and veggies, and you can eat a lot of them since they are so low in calories. I have a little fish or meat each day. Because of my spinal problems I can't do a regular exercise routine, but I do use a gazelle exerciser 10 to 15 minutes a day to keep as much flexibility as I can. But if you have enough daily physical chores you don't need a machine. The reason I can use the gazelle is that there is very little impact on my joints.
