Weighed myself this morning.... Down to..... 208.6 pounds.... Started at 221.8 about 6 weeks ago.. That's 13.2 pounds lost..... I feel good about it.. My goal was to be under 210 which I am.. A few more pounds down and then I will go on maintenance.. Maintenance means adding more food options such as fruit, and more veggies.. Still staying away from the big 5 No-No's.... For now anyway..
