No, the fiber lines have been run to everyone's house (34,000 homes in 14 counties) in one massive project under a wholly owned subsidiary created to manage the internet side of things. We upgraded infrastructure as required (mainly replaced marginal poles), and installed the fiber alongside every inch of power line so that troubleshooting/monitoring equipment could be implemented. Getting fiber installed in the house is optional.
