Used a mobile groomer for our two fur kids, Hoot the poodle and Annie the Shih Tzu, about 10 years ago. It was convenient but it always comes down the the skill of the groomer.
I find this business very practical and interesting. Most groomers use a van of some kind where various grooming procedures can be performed. Some even have a Vet. The convenience of not having to pack up your animal and drive to a groomer is pretty nice. I will have one come to cut my kitty's nails.
Are you saying that these kitties are not well trained because they use the toilet? If well trained they're causing you less upkeep.
You gotta wonder how one trains an animal where to "do it." The risks I see with that are leaving the bathroom door closed and failing to leave the lid up.
Oakmont driver will take us to the animal shelter where I adopted her and they will cut her nails which hopefully will prevent me being scratched and bleeding. This will be her first trip in her kitty carrier. She has inspected the carrier and will be used to it.
