She is great fun and great company but making sure she is fed properly, nails trimmed, litter box cleaned and emptied is a chore with my poor stiff joints & limbs.
When my daughter was the same age I could claim her as my dependent and she required less care and didn't cost as much.
I bet she made up for the difference in cost later on, though, Lon. When my daughter entered her teens, my cost of living shot up.
You can do anything you want. You just gotta take the risk of getting caught. Being in California, I gotta think that "Cranberry" is an entirely plausible name. I mean, Frank Zappa named his kids "Moon, Dweezil, Amnet and Diva." (Don't try to write off the litter.)
