I used to have a friend on another forum who used "jajajajaja." I always assumed that since the j is an h sound in Spanish, she was saying hahahaha. So by that example, perhaps Silvia is giggling. Hehehehe
The Spanish Gitana I know use jijiji (hehehe) more than jajaja (hahaha). Maybe it indicates a giggle rather than a laugh. The Gitano men I know always use jajaja. They are too macho to giggle jijiji!
Only the off-topic posts were moved, @Silvia Benoit . When a thread goes completely off topic like this (talking about giggles), then it disrupts the whole thread. This miscellaneous banter thread was started for us to move the off topic posts in threads, that don’t fit into another thread topic. The election fraud thread is still there and has all the on-topic posts. When threads get pulled off-topic , it messes up the SEO (search engine optimization); so the off-topic posts have to be removed from the thread.
Yes, I don’t know much about how things like SEO totally work, and I just do my best to follow the directions that he gives me. I want the forum to be the best that it can be for everyone of us that are here, and for new people that will someday join, @Cody Fousnaugh .
Yes, and it was not just your post that had to be moved, @Silvia Benoit , all of the posts that took the thread off topic were moved to this banter thread, where there is no real topic. When a thread goes off topic, then the off-topic part is removed to another thread where it fits; but if it is just chatting, then it ends up here. I try to follow Ken’s rules as best as I can, but I am not perfect. Anytime , you think that I have done something that I should not have done, you can always send Ken a private message to either his personal account, or his admin account.
Yes, I was the first one to drag the thread off topic and Yvonne also placed my question right here in the gabby section where it belongs. What I should have done is PM you to ask and let it go at that but silly me, as SEO conscious as I am I slipped up. Dunno if you noticed it or not, but after you post a message, little tiny robots from Google, Bing and other search engines scrutinize your every word trying to decide where it should be placed. They kinda go: keeper, keeper, garbage, garbage, keeper etc. If the whole thread is in order well, it might be right up there so the Chinese or even India can see what intelligent seniors are up to right here in the western world. One of your own threads with Your name on it is probably floating around on Google. Your moniker is famous. Really! Look it up.
Don’t believe me? it’s true. Why, you (or I) could be right up there with Gandhi, Leo Durocher, R, Reagan or Geraldine Leibowitzer, the infamous writer, editor and publisher of the Who Done It, Iowa (pop. 6) monthly chronicle. I mean, in some circles, it just doesn’t get any better than that!
