Hmmmmm..........I will have to write that down and consult a few friends in the culinary business as to how spy's are to be sifted from my lentil soup. Does one use a sieve or are they big enough to just pick out with a spoon? Or, did we mean "Flies"? In that case we just whack 'em with a large spatula until they are all gone and we can eat quietly, sans the soup that winds up on our prospective ties. I like lentil soup, why did they pick lentil soup? Why not yogurt or something I have a dislike for? Either way, I say WHACK em!! Or, the other possibility is to just ignore the critter and let it tread soup until it gets tired and flies off. Maybe the good solution if one does not care for the other idea I had.
@Ken Anderson will sort everything out, just give him time to find what happened to the posts and take care of things. Don't feed trolls. Every forum is bound to get some now and then. Ignore them, trolls love to stir things up, and the best thing to do is just to leave them alone, and just go about our business. This has been a friendly and peaceful forum, and it will continue to be that.
I agree, Yvonne. Ken will sort it out and if not it's only a few posts. No big deal, Ken already said they're not in his drawer so maybe they ended up on his compost pile.
This seems a good idea, or each of, seemed good. But the first time I saw a fly with a white head, and teenie arms I would have to call the looney wagon to pick me up. Memories of that infamous, original movie, of The Fly.
Also @Ken Anderson , a lot of us were getting this message around the same time posts were disappearing. I was trying to post a reply to Babs and couldn't. I posted it later and it was one that disappeared.
Hmm, I got some sort of resource limit message, stating that this website has reached its resource limit (in red)...maybe it's an internet problem. We've been having severe weather, but it doesn't seem to be on this end. I'm getting an error on another site, as well, so it seems there could be an attack going on.
