Documents I have discovered claim the High frequency Active Auroral Research Program (HAARP) has been portrayed as a research project which will investigate the aurora borealis but in reality is a military-industrial endeavor using Tesla technology to alter the ionosphere in such a fashion as to tactically affect weather patterns, block global communications and manufacture earthquakes. The largest one in North America is in Gakona, Alaska. Others are strategically placed globally to target anywhere on earth. Gakona is on a major natural gas field it uses to provide the gigawatts of power to drive the large antenna array. End of Notes for now... Any details on the HAARPs in Russia, Caribbean, South America?
From what I know of the HAARP installation here, it was used to make an "ionospheric mirror" by heating the ionosphere in order to send and receive things over long distances without satellite use. The one here has supposedly been turned over to the Geophysical Department of the University of Alaska Fairbanks. I know they do a lot of auroral research but have no idea what they use the big antenna array for now. I know nothing about the other installations.
@Brian Naginoth Shortly after we moved here to west-central Arizona from Missouri in 2012, we heard of discussions regard local concerns and lawsuits filed due to the uncanny high rates of certain types of toxicity being found in long-time residents, primarily in the area northwest of the town of Kingman, Golden Valley. Folks were being diagnosed with abnormally high concentrations of certain chemicals in their bodies. Barium was one of them, others I have forgotten. The people described weirdly-shaped cloud formations being seen, and discussions abounded about cloud-seeding by the feds. Frank
