Looks like I will live :). C5-C6 and C6 and C7 a bit bunched up. Usual bone spurs and arthritis in back. Neck is the worse.Knees not bad yet. Only real comment was if neck got worse to go see Dr So an So. Then they may want to do MRI he said. I will opt for just using heating pad, laying low on those days and Aleve.

    Hedi,
Sorry to read of your health problems. I wasn't aware of this thread I came across it a few days ago, I see you have back issues, leg and hand muscle cramps. I too have similar problems, I found I can control the muscle cramps by taking minerals potassium and/or magnesium.
I hope and pray your pains will be gone or bearable.

This is so true, many are deficient in magnesium and this mineral is so vital fo rheart and joints and more. I've been supplementing with magnesium for probably 20 yrs and now taking potassium thru the day, 200 mg a few times a day. We just don't get what we NEED in our foods and eating on the go and not thinking about how important minerals are.

2 Friends ended up with Afib about 5 yrs ago and now they are on heart meds, they were NOT up on their magnesium intake.
