Happy New Year! Thanks for the great wish Alonzo and I plan to reach 80 and then make it till 100 being the same sassy sarcastic brat I am now. In 2021 I am hoping for the best but I am prepared for the worst.
This is a virtual New Years celebration from the Space Needle in Seattle. It is only a hologram, so if you were actually standing there and looking at the Space Needle you would not see any of this. There are more videos on YouTube that explain how this is done , if you are interested in that part, but this one is just the show that came from Seattle.
YES ! I have been there a couple of times, and it is the most fantastic show, with the laser lights over top of the rushing falls at the Dam. Many years ago, the first time I was there, was before they had the laser light show, and it was a lot of pretty colors over the water. I don’t know if they still do it, but the last time that I was there , they did th eNeil Diamond song, “Coming to America” with the colored laser lights. Fishing near there is great , too. I think that we were fishing in Banks Lake, near Electic City, but it was a very long time ago, and I am not sure exactly where anymore.
Like last New Years Eve (2019), only a few gunshots heard. Nothing like when we lived in Jacksonville, Florida.
There’s a ammunition shortage and whatever a person can get even costs a lot more so there probably wasn’t as many weapons being fired in Jacksonville this year either. We had quite a few but the ones that were doing the firing are known to be idiots anyway. Ya just can’t fix stupid.....
