The states will try it first to see what the objections are, where the objections come from, and how the populous (and how many of them) responds to those objections. Then the Fed will have the data required to hone its plan. We will not escape this.
My theory. They’ve been trying to chip the population for a few years now. First they did the tests by chipping pets which went over very well. Next they (whomever they are) offered to chip children lest they should be kidnapped or lost. Minimal acceptance but still accepted. I’m a firm believer that all of the above was done to further explore the ways in which the citizens will accept the chip themselves and low and behold here comes an epidemic that has a major portion of the world jumping at the chance to get the vaccine. Inoculated people will need proof that their DNA has been sufficiently altered by the vaccine. The cards presently used will be found to be easily forged so enter in the chip. Those with the chip will be able to move around freely whilst others will be ostracized until they come around. Lock ‘n Load......
