I have not posted anything lately. Mostly because the are so darn few people to keep threads active.
Also, because I am not doing too well. I have little energy left.

Sorry to hear that you aren't doing well. As far as active threads, do you click on the "New Posts" tab at the top of the forum? I see quite a few new things each day. Take care and I hope you feel better.

I've been watching the Kansas City/Baltimore game.

I could get used to Taylor's $11,000,000,000 ($11 billion) smile.

Saw most of the Chiefs and Raven's game. The Chiefs had sort of the underdog role but they pulled it off and won, and Travis got a big kiss from Taylor. I was wondering if Kelce got flooded with requests from some of the players and coaches for an autographed picture of Taylor for their kids if any.

S.F. made a great comeback. It will be the 49er's Vs, K.C. Chiefs in the Super bowl. Final score 49er's 34--- Detroit Lions 31.

Yup. An insane second half. Suddenly the Lions started dropping crucial passes. I wonder if the conspiracy theories have started yet. I wonder if they're true.

No. I doubt it. Over the decades I have noticed a tendency for teams who build up an early lead, to suddenly get over confident and then blow it.
I recall a game from decades ago between the Washington Redskins and ???? . The other team was leading aprox by 30 points going into the 4th quarter. If I remember correctly, Washington scored 35 points in the 4th quarter to win the game. Sure sounds to me like the other team "knew" the game was in the bag and they slacked off until it was too late.

I see a lot of games where teams make adjustments in the second half and turn the game around. Good coaching.

The national anthem at the beginning of the Chiefs / Ravens game was sung by the Morgan State University Choir, and it was by far the best national anthem I have heard. It was true to the melody and absolutely inspiring.
