Thanks for the memories is the song I've used as background music when I make family Slideshow DVD's. I've used various artists.

 

I Played this It was a 78rpm record, I believe it was a12" size.

 

First record I bought was a 45 ,got it for 99cent. All our albums were 78.

Anyone remember J.J. Cale, this is just one of many his songs of the 60s,70s. He also wrote, 'Call Me the Breeze, Cocaine, After Midnight, etc.

 

I had this song on 78 rpm, I would play it at New Years Eve parties my parents had, I can still visualize the people doing the Lindy, this was one of the songs that got people up and dancing.

 

Todays weather reminded me of this song,
