Decided to go get my laptop this morning only to be told, it has got lost in the system, would you like to order another ! Will have to wait till next week now
Oh, no ! That is awful ! Are they refunding your money for the lost one, I hope ? They should just be sending you out one from the company if the first one was lost. Did you get it from Amazon ? I am sure they would refund or replace it right away of you contact their customer service.

Sorry to hear that @Patsy Faye Geez I order most of my things from Ebay, no trouble with them so far and yes, they have new stuff as well. Always seem to get free-shipping, but I've never tried the overnight. Also, Walmart isn't bad, ordered my new hdd from them (hard drive for my laptop, mine is about 5 years old so having to replace some things now).
We're trying to set up me little laptop, started well - now its a problem Never had problems setting up with 3 computers - wish they would leave settings as we know them Why change a good format !
I do hate that Chrissy - with the other laptops, I left Fabs to set them up over the years This time I sat with him and thought, wow - this is easy ! Ha ! For a while - yea So, I've left Fabs to it ................. @Chrissy Cross
First time using Windows 10 maybe ? The new system is a drastic change from what the older Windows OS were like. I have had the Dell for 2 years, and it is still a pain to use. This last time, it wouldn't charge up right anymore; and when The Guruette (Robin) looked at it to get it working right, she was muttering bad words and declaring her undying love for all things Apple, too. Turned out to just be the connection wasn't working right in the pedestal, and we are now charging it with the cord plugged in, so it was not something big. Hopefully, Fabs can get yours set up and running right with out much trouble, too. Computer Gurus are good to have.......
