    @Bess Barber

    No. I seem to use the term "cow" to designate male or female ruminant types. After all, isn't a Sea Lion called a cow, a whale, etc.?

    We left yesterday for a spare of the moment trip. We are touring all day today at various sites about 250 miles from where we live. We spending another night at motel in Marshall Texas because it has been a good stay and is central base of all the places we hope to see today. We send pictures once we are done :)

    Rt 66 is the main drag in Williams AZ. You can take the train up to the Grand Canyon.
    In Oatman AZ you can feed the burros that wander the street. They like carrots.

    We went to Oatman. Hell of a hike. There are alf alfa cubes for the Burros. There was a foal, had a stop sign sticker on his head. Said not to feed him at all.
    Admire that town. Folks took a dead community in the middle of no where, built a brand,and cookin with gas!

    Never got around to traveling this iconic highway. Always took a northern route, west.

    Gutzon Borglum didn't dispose of his Tailings after sculpting Mt. Rushmore.
