Well, I get to change the calendars tomorrow (to November) and change the clocks early this coming Sunday morning.

Now my clock in my car will be wrong again. I need to read the Manuel and change it this time, haven't in 5 years since I bought the car.

I need to do it though because the time is also off by almost 7 minutes for some reason.

I don't bother changing mine...it's quite a difficult clock to change in this car I have now, so I just leave it ....

I'd probably leave mine too and I still may but the 7-8 min time difference is starting to bother me. I'm getting to appts way too early.

Won't your husband change it for you? My wife depends on me to change all the clocks in the apartment, including the one in our vehicle. Sometimes we forget the vehicle one, until we look at it and it's the wrong time. I change it right then.

I'm glad the time goes back. My cats however will be bothering me an hour early for their can treat in the evening. I'll have to be strong and resist their badgering, especially my calico. An announcer on the radio said the same thing "kids and pets don't get the time change"

I remember in the 70's during the energy crisis (remember that?) they changed the time in California, at least in Santa Cruz, to daylight saving in the winter to save energy so it was lighter later in the evening. I was in 8th grade and remember going to school in the dark. They didn't seem to care about the kids then.

I would leave it until you go to your daughter’s house, and then I bet that either one of your grandsons can have that re-set for you in the blink of an eye, @Chrissy Cross !
I always just left mine because I couldn’t set it, and then one of my kids would come along and see it was off and set it to the right time. Now, either Bobby sets ours or we just leave it and let it be right half of the year.
Everything else updates itself except for a battery-operated clock on the wall, so that is the only thing in the house that Bobby has to reset tomorrow.
In the morning, the bedroom clock will be on the right time again, but we will still feel like it is too early to get up.

Well, the nap did not happen. Decided instead to color me hair, shower .
I for some reason just can not sleep more than 5 or 6 hours anymore, no matter what time I go to bed.
    I give up

I got all my clocks changed. I really don't see how it changes anything. It's like cutting the bottom off a sheet and sewing it onto the top to make it longer.
